The ground floor is the garage plus a powder room and 5th bedroom/bonus room with a twin over double Pyramid bed and 2nd refridgerator, Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, queen size sleeper sofa and Smart TV. This large room has a private entrance. Just walk back from the beach to cool drink. The second floor is the kitchen, dining area and living room with a large deck with great ocean views. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living room for guests. Behind the kitchen is a Queen bedroom with back deck and hall bath with a tile shower. The third floor has a hall bath, one bedroom with two twin beds, and two bedrooms with a Queen bed. The front bedroom has a spacious deck with great ocean views.
