The top floor has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity, and outside deck. The hallway above the family room leads to the sky deck which has new Plywood furniture and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Take note that there are no pets allowed.
