This floor has another bedroom with a queen bed with a recliner that shares the bathroom in the twin room. Down the hall, you will find a bonus room with wet bar, trundle bed with queen and full, love seat, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. This room also has a large covered deck with stairs leading to the outside. The main floor has a bedroom with a King bed, recliner, walk-in shower (handicap accessible), and a covered deck. The top floor has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity, and outside deck. The hallway above the family room leads to the sky deck which has new Plywood furniture and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Take note that there are no pets allowed. No beach tags will be provided. NEW roof, kitchen floors and carpet. New patio furniture and new AC unit for one section. Elevator from garage to top floor.
