Spectacular Ocean and Bay Views! 2 Master Bedrooms! This home is one of the few that is Ocean Front and has unobstructed Bay Views. You will see amazing sunrises in the morning on the large deck facing the ocean and equally amazing sunsets over the bay on the deck off of the kitchen. This home is in the highly sought after North End location and is the first protected beach in Sea Isle. Upon entering the home you will find 4 bedrooms and the washer and dryer on the first floor. The Ocean Front Master Bedroom has a private deck facing the beach dunes along with a King Sized bed and private bathroom with shower/tub. The next bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Following that is a bedroom with a Queen Sized Bed. The next room is the Bay Front bedroom and has a queen sized bed and a private deck overlooking the bay and wetlands. There is a full bathroom next to this bedroom. Up the stairs is the oversized Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and half bathroom. Off of the Living room is a very large deck (all of the decks will be replaced before the 2022 rental season begins) with lounge chairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. The dining room seats 6 and the kitchen island has space for 4. The kitchen is large and welcoming with lots of natural light and space for more than a couple chefs. Directly off of the kitchen is another deck which is perfect for cocktails while watching the sunset. There is another flight of stairs off of the kitchen to a very large Master Bedroom with King Sized bed and private full bathroom. You can lay in bed and watch the sunrise! Most of the mattress are new and there are lots of improvements expected in the off season. Each bedroom has a Roku TV and there is a SmartTV with DVD player in the Living Room. Lots of games and books are included. Under the house is an enclosed outdoor shower in addition to a separated space with dining table and gas grill. You are only steps away from the beach and a permanent Volleyball net is installed right on the beach in front of the house.
